HUD Homes Oklahoma
A HUD home is
a foreclosed home (See foreclosure video). The lender was insured by
the FHA and has been paid for their loss but must forfeit the Oklahoma home
to be sold by HUD. The HUD process in Oklahoma is different than a
regular foreclosure in that the home is bid upon by specialty groups first
under a plan to build up the Oklahoma area by inserting Police officers,
Firemen, etc. If the home is not bid upon by an Oklahoma specialty
group member then the home is open to all bidders with a cap on what the
home will sell for. If the home does not sell then the HUD will
